[Saturday, August 12, 2006]On June 9, 2006, the State Real Estate Commission (Commission) suspended for 60 days respondent's Real Estate License No. RS-220821-L. It is further ordered that respondent pay a civil penalty of $3,000 due to her substantial misrepresentation of her agency role in the transaction, substantial misrepresentation on, and/or regarding, the contents and/or status of the release, acting for more than one party in a transaction without the knowledge and consent in writing of all parties for whom Respondent acted, knowingly being a party to a materially false or inaccurate representation in a writing regarding a real estate transaction in which Respondent was acting in a representative capacity and engaging in conduct in a real estate transaction demonstrating bad faith, dishonesty, untrustworthiness or incompetency.

This adjudication and order represents the final Commission decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Commission with a copy of the petition for review.
