   The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (Board), under 58 Pa. Code § 407.2 (relating to minutes of public meeting and annual report), has adopted a fee schedule for copies of Board minutes or annual reports requested by the public.

   Requests for copies of documents should be made to Paul Resch, Board Secretary, [phone].

   Payment for copies shall be by check or money order made out to the ''Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.'' Cash will not be accepted by the Board.

Schedule of Fees

Single-sided	$.15 per page if using the PGCB copiers--prevailing cost otherwise
Double-sided	$.30 per page if using the PGCB copiers--prevailing cost otherwise
Single-sided Irregular    (not 8 1/2 by 11)	Prevailing cost

Certified copies	$1.00 per page
Compact Disk	$5.00 plus cost of labor
