RS305276, of Mount Pleasant, Westmoreland County, was assessed a civil penalty of $1,000 based on her failing to complete 14 hours of continuing education for the biennial reporting period of June 1, 2006, through May 31, 2008, and failing to provide accurate and truthful information in an application and/or in the statements and papers that accompany the application to the State Real Estate Commission (Commission).

This final order represents the Commission's final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Commission with a copy of their petition for review.
