     On June 23, 2011, the Insurance Department (Department) received from United Services Automobile Association and USAA Casualty Insurance Company a filing for a rate level change for Private Passenger Automobile insurance.

     United Services Automobile Association requests an overall 0.2% decrease amounting to $181,809 annually and USAA Casualty Insurance Company requests an overall 0.1% decrease amounting to $77,897 annually to be effective on September 8, 2011. These overall figures represent averages; the effect of this filing on the rates for individual consumers may vary.

     Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to August 22, 2011, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
