Travelers Home and Marine Insurance Company; Homeowners; Rate Revision [41 Pa.B. 3796]
[Saturday, July 9, 2011]On June 22, 2011, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Travelers Home and Marine Insurance Company a filing for a rate level change for homeowners insurance.
The company requests an overall 4.93% increase amounting to $5,105,431 annually, to be effective September 30, 2011, for new business and December 6, 2011, for renewal business. These overall figures represent averages; the effect of this filing on the rates for individual consumers may vary.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to August 21, 2011, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
