     The Metropolitan Life Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium 41% on 2,605 policyholders with the following individual LTC policy forms: TCL-LTC.04 (PA) Ed. 4/00 and TCL-LTC.04 (PA-E) Ed. 4/00. These policies were originally issued by TIAA-CREF Life Insurance Company but are now administered by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.

     Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to September 2, 2011, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
