Table Game Rules for Minibaccarat, Midibaccarat and Baccarat An error occurred in the proposed rulemaking which appeared at 41 Pa.B. 3196, 3197 (June 25, 2011). The sections proposed to be rescinded in Chapter 543 (relating to Midibaccarat) were listed incorrectly. The chapter is proposed to be rescinded as follows.
