Capital Blue Cross; Security 65, Plans B, C and H Rate Increases; Filing No. 01-S [31 Pa.B. 3653] Capital Blue Cross requests to increase the rates for the Security 65 plans B, C and H. The proposed rate increases are 10.24% for Plan B, 8.81% for Plan C and 8.38% for Plan H. This rate change will produce an estimated additional annual income of $6.2 million and will impact approximately 85,700 subscribers. An effective date of January 1, 2002, is requested.
Copies of the filing are available for public inspection during normal working hours, by appointment, at the Insurance Department's offices in Harrisburg.
