DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Application of Abington Memorial Hospital for Exception [32 Pa.B. 3265] Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) hereby gives notice that Abington Memorial Hospital has requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 153.1 (relating to minimum standards), which requires compliance with minimum standards contained in the following publication: Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospital and Healthcare Facilities. The facility specifically requests exemption from the following standard contained in this publication: 7.3E9 (relating to patient care space in Newborn Intensive Care Units).
