       Spectrum General Insurance Company, a domestic stock casualty insurance company, has submitted an application for approval of a liquidating dividend in order to voluntarily dissolve its charter. The initial filing was received on June 21, 1996, and was made under requirements set forth under the Business Corporation Law of 1988, 15 Pa.C.S. § 1 et seq. Persons wishing to comment on the grounds of public or private interest to the issuance of the Department's order approving the dividend and dissolution, are invited to submit a written statement to the Insurance Department within 15 days from the date of this issue of the Pennsylvania Bulletin. Each written statement must include the name, address and telephone number of the writer, identification of the application to which the comment is addressed and a concise statement with sufficient detail to inform the Insurance Department of the exact basis of the comment and the relevant facts upon which it is based.
