[Saturday, July 4, 2015]RiverSource Life Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium 20% on 895 policyholders with the following individual LTC policy form number: 30240-PA.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to September 17, 2015, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
A copy of the filing is available on the Insurance Department's (Department) web site at www.insurance.pa.gov. Under the tab ''How to Find . . .'' click on the link ''PA Bulletin.''
Copies of the filing are also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's Harrisburg office.
