[Saturday, July 4, 2015]CPC 14.148: Restoration of the Law Library Woodwork. General repair restoration and refinishing of all wood paneling areas including window reveal, pilaster and columns; selective removal and reinstallation of marble base; removal of existing surface electrical raceway/conduit and accessories, and the installation of new concealed conduit for electrical devices; construction and installation of new custom information/reference desk; general cleaning of project area surfaces; and protection of adjacent finished architectural elements. All work to be completed by qualified conservators and artisans.
A $100 dollar deposit is required for issuance of project documents. The issue date of the request for proposal will be on July 22, 2015. A mandatory preproposal conference and walk through will be held on July 29, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. in Room 630, Main Capitol Building, Harrisburg, PA.
