Travelers Indemnity Company and Phoenix Insurance Company; Homeowners Insurance Rate Revision; Rate Filing [34 Pa.B. 4087] On July 15, 2004, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Travelers Indemnity Company and Phoenix Insurance Company a filing for a rate revision for homeowners insurance.
The Travelers Indemnity Company requests an overall 0.7% increase amounting to $267,000 annually, to be effective October 24, 2004, for new business and renewal business.
The Phoenix Insurance Company requests an overall 1.3% increase amounting to $437,000 annually, to be effective October 24, 2004, for new business and renewal business.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to September 13, 2004,m the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
