DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Application of Corry Memorial Hospital for Exception to 28 Pa. Code §§ 143.4 and 143.7 [29 Pa.B. 4115] Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) hereby gives notice that Corry Memorial Hospital has requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code §§ 143.4 and 143.7 which states that physicians shall perform admission appraisals of all patients. Corry requests that it be permitted to credential podiatrists to perform complete patient history and physical examinations.
The request is on file with the Department.
