STATE REAL ESTATE COMMISSION Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs v. J. Daniel Tobey; Doc. No. 1110-56-03; File No. 02-56-00585 [35 Pa.B. 4286] On April 14, 2005, the State Real Estate Commission (Commission) assessed a $2,000 civil penalty against J. Daniel Tobey, license no. RS-211331-L, for making substantial misrepresentations during the course of a transaction and engaging in conduct demonstrating bad faith, dishonesty, untrustworthiness or incompetency.

This adjudication and order represents the final Commission decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Commission with a copy of the petition for review.
