Travelers Home and Marine Insurance Company; Homeowners; Rate Revision; Rate Filing [40 Pa.B. 3757]
[Saturday, July 3, 2010]On June 11, 2010, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Travelers Home and Marine Insurance Company a filing for a rate level change for homeowners insurance.
The company requests an overall 5.14% increase amounting to $3,280,000 annually, to be effective August 27, 2010, for new business and November 2, 2010, for renewal business.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to August 10, 2010, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
