     Under the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

     1. Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania 9s in a Line '10.

     2. Price: The price of a Pennsylvania 9s in a Line '10 instant lottery game ticket is $1.

     3. Play Symbols: Each Pennsylvania 9s in a Line '10 instant lottery game ticket will contain one play area consisting of ''ROW 1,'' ''ROW 2,'' ''ROW 3'' and ''ROW 4.'' Each ''ROW'' is played separately. Each ''ROW'' features a play area and a ''Prize'' area. The play symbols and their captions located in the play area are: Cherry symbol (CHY), Melon symbol (MEL), Banana symbol (BAN), Star symbol (STA), Lemon symbol (LEM), Bell symbol (BEL), Moneybag symbol (BAG), Pineapple symbol (PNA), Horseshoe symbol (SHO) and a 9 symbol (NINE).

     4. Prize Symbols: The prize symbols and their captions located in the ''Prize'' area of each ''ROW'' are: FREE (TICKET), $1.00 (ONE DOL), $3.00 (THR DOL), $5.00 (FIV DOL), $9.00 (NIN DOL), $19.00 (NINTN), $39.00 (TRY NIN), $99.00 (NTY NIN), $400 (FOR HUN) and $999 (NINNTYNIN).

     5. Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game are: Free $1 Ticket, $1, $3, $5, $9, $19, $39, $99, $400 and $999. The player can win up to 3 times on a ticket.

     6. Approximate Number of Tickets Printed For the Game: Approximately 15,600,000 tickets will be printed for the Pennsylvania 9s in a Line '10 instant lottery game.

     7. Determination of Prize Winners:

     (a) Holders of tickets with three matching 9 (NINE) play symbols in the same ''ROW,'' and a prize symbol of $999 (NINNTYNIN) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that ''ROW,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $999.

     (b) Holders of tickets with three like play symbols in the same ''ROW,'' and a prize symbol of $400 (FOR HUN) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that ''ROW,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $400.

     (c) Holders of tickets with three like play symbols in the same ''ROW,'' and a prize symbol of $99.00 (NTY NIN) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that ''ROW,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $99.

     (d) Holders of tickets with three like play symbols in the same ''ROW,'' and a prize symbol of $39.00 (TRY NIN) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that ''ROW,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $39.

     (e) Holders of tickets with three like play symbols in the same ''ROW,'' and a prize symbol of $19.00 (NINTN) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that ''ROW,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $19.

     (f) Holders of tickets with three like play symbols in the same ''ROW,'' and a prize symbol of $9.00 (NIN DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that ''ROW,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $9.

     (g) Holders of tickets with three like play symbols in the same ''ROW,'' and a prize symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that ''ROW,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

     (h) Holders of tickets with three like play symbols in the same ''ROW,'' and a prize symbol of $3.00 (THR DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that ''ROW,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $3.

     (i) Holders of tickets with three like play symbols in the same ''ROW,'' and a prize symbol of $1.00 (ONE DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that ''ROW,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1.

     (j) Holders of tickets with three like play symbols in the same ''ROW,'' and a prize symbol of FREE (TICKET) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of that ''ROW,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of one Pennsylvania 9s in a Line '10 instant game ticket or one Pennsylvania Lottery instant game ticket of equivalent sale price which is currently on sale.

     8. Number and Description of Prizes and Approximate Odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes and approximate odds of winning:

     Prizes, including top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

     9. Retailer Incentive Awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Game for retailers who sell Pennsylvania 9s in a Line '10 instant lottery game tickets. The conduct of the game will be governed by 61 Pa. Code § 819.222 (relating to retailer bonuses and incentive).

     10. Unclaimed Prize Money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Pennsylvania 9s in a Line '10, prize money from winning Pennsylvania 9s in a Line '10 instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the Pennsylvania 9s in a Line '10 instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

     11. Governing Law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314), 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

     12. Termination of the Game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Pennsylvania 9s in a Line '10 or through normal communications methods.
