PN275771, of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, had her practical nursing license indefinitely suspended based on findings that she is addicted to alcohol or is addicted to hallucinogenic or narcotic drugs or other drugs which tend to impair judgment or coordination, so long as dependence shall continue.
