INSURANCE DEPARTMENT State Farm Fire and Casualty Company; Homeowners Rate Revision [32 Pa.B. 3676] On July 15, 2002, the Insurance Department (Department) received from State Farm Fire and Casualty Company a filing for a rate level change for homeowners insurance.
The company requests an overall 20.5% increase amounting to $49,569,610 annually, to be effective November 1, 2002, for new business and January 1, 2003, for renewal business.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to September 13, 2002, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
Copies of the filing will be available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's regional offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Erie, PA.
Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Michael W.
