FISH AND BOAT COMMISSION Closure of Public Access [26 Pa.B. 3595] Rock Hill Dam, Conestoga River, Lancaster County The Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission, acting under the authority of 58 Pa. Code § 53.18 (relating to additional restrictions on Commission property), is taking action to close the parking area and associated facilities at Rock Hill Dam on the Conestoga River in Lancaster County, to all public access. Public access to the parking area and associated facilities at Rock Hill Dam shall be closed effective July 27, 1996.
Rock Hill Dam is owned and maintained by the Fish and Boat Commission. The Executive Director finds that this action is necessary and appropriate for the protection and safety of the public.
