DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Certificate of Need Program; Meeting Notice [26 Pa.B. 3590] The Department of Health will be conducting a meeting on August 6, 1996, to receive comments about the Certificate of Need Program. The meeting will be held in the second floor auditorium of the Rachel Carson State Office Building, 465 Market Street, Harrisburg, beginning at 9 a.m.
