       Notice is hereby given of the Order to Show Cause issued on July 10, 2008, by the Deputy Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth in the previously-referenced matter. Violation of the following is alleged: sections 611-A(2), (4), (6)--(9), (17) and (20) of the Insurance Department Act of 1921 (40 P. S. §§ 310.11(2), (4), (6)--(9), (17) and (20)); section 403-A of the Insurance Company Law of 1921 (40 P. S. § 625-3) and sections 4, 5(a)(1)(vi) and (2) of the Unfair Insurance Practices Act (40 P. S. § 1171.4 and 1171.5(a)(1)(vi) and (2)).

       Respondent was ordered to file a written answer to the Order to Show Cause within 20 days. If Respondent files a timely answer, a formal administrative hearing shall be held in accordance with 2 Pa.C.S. §§ 501--508 and 701--704 (relating to Administrative Agency Law); 1 Pa. Code Part II (relating to General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure); and 31 Pa. Code Chapter 56 (relating to special rules of administrative practice and procedure).

       Answers, motions preliminary to those at hearing, protests, petitions to intervene or notices of intervention, if any, must be filed in writing with the Hearings Administrator, Insurance Department, Administrative Hearings Office, 901 North 7th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102.
