DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Application for Lease of Right-of-Way [33 Pa.B. 3695] The Department of Transportation (Department), under the authority contained in section 2002(c) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 512(c)) and 67 Pa. Code § 495.4 (relating to application procedure), gives notice that an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department by Protection Services Inc., 204 South Main Street, East Pittsburgh, PA, seeking to lease highway right-of-way located beneath the Braddock Avenue Spur on the westerly side of Main Street in the Borough of East Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, containing 9,000 sq. ft. ± adjacent to S. R. 2083, Spur 001, for the purpose of a storage area for equipment and material.
Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions and/or objections regarding the approval of this application to Ray S. Hack, P. E., District Engineer, Engineering District 11-0, 45 Thoms Run Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
