 On May 11, 2015, Christine Maria Monforto, RN, PA license no. RN617542, of Voorhees, NJ, was suspended for failing to comply with a previous State Board of Nursing (Board) order.

 This order represents the final Board decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure.
