Application for Lease of Right-of-Way

   The Department of Transportation, pursuant to the authority contained in section 2002(c) of the Administrative Code (71 P. S. § 512(c)) and in 67 Pa. Code of § 495.4, gives notice that an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department by Dennis J. Schmidt of 5256 East Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg, PA, seeking to lease highway right-of-way located along Ramp E of S. R. 1081-spur A, Section A04 and along S. R. 0230 from Township Road 715 to Ramp E for parking purposes and ground maintenance. The approximate lease area consists of 9,780 square feet.

   Interested persons are invited to submit, within thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions and/or objections regarding the approval of this application to Barry G. Hoffman, P.E., District Engineer, Engineering District 8-0, 2140 Herr Street, Harrisburg, PA 17103-1699.
