Amended Order

   And Now, this 6th day of July, 2004, The Court Order dated June 28th on the previously captioned matter is amended to read:  It Is Hereby Ordered that the previously-stated Washington County Local Civil Rules be recinded, amended, renumbered, and adopted.

   The Washington County Local Civil Rule changes shall become effective July 26, 2004.
