Application of Moss Rehabilitation Hospital for Exception to 28 Pa. Code § 153.1(b) [29 Pa.B. 3961] Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) hereby gives notice that Moss Rehabilitation Hospital has requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 153.1(b) which require compliance with the standards contained in the following publication: Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospital and Healthcare Facilities. Moss Rehabilitation specifically requests exemption from the following standards contained in this publication: handrails shall be provided on both sides of corridors used by patients.
