DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Application for Lease of Right-of-Way [35 Pa.B. 4153] The Department of Transportation (Department), under section 2002(c) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 512(c)) and 67 Pa. Code § 495.4 (relating to application procedure), gives notice that an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department by Daniel K. Carr d/b/a World Auto Electric seeking to lease highway right-of-way located underneath Ramp EF at the intersections of Fifth Avenue, Mathias Avenue and Pirl Street (Legislative Route 1066 Section 1 R/W), City of McKeesport, Allegheny County, containing 36,300+ square feet or 0.833+ acre, for the purpose of parking.
Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions or objections regarding the approval of this application to H.
