DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Application of Ambulatory Surgical Facility at Ford Road Campus for Exception [35 Pa.B. 4144] Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) gives notice that Ambulatory Surgical Facility at Ford Road Campus has requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code Chapters 553, 555, 557 and 563.
This request is on file with the Department. The facility is requesting a waiver of the comment period as set forth in 28 Pa. Code § 51.33(c).
