Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau; F-Classification and USL&HW Rating Value Filing [30 Pa.B. 3707] On June 30, 2000, the Insurance Department (Department) received from the Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau (PCRB) a filing for rate changes in Workers' Compensation F-Classifications to be effective October 1, 2000.
The filing proposes a change in the USL&HW Compensation Coverage Percentage from 99.5% to 78.7%. Also, proposed changes to manual rates for individual F-Classifications range from an increase of 3.0% to a decrease of 7.0% for an overall reduction in manual rates for F-Classifications of 4.26%.
Copies of the filing are available for public inspection during normal working hours, by appointment, at the Department's offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Erie.
