DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes [30 Pa.B. 3700] Notice is hereby given that the Department of Transportation, pursuant to 71 P. S. § 513(e)(7), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.
The following property is available for sale by the Department.
Parcel No. 39--East Deer Township, Allegheny County. This parcel contains approximately 28,000± s. f. or 0.643 acres of land situated at the end of Riddle Run Road off Murry Hill Road in East Deer Township. The property will be sold in ''as is condition''. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $23,500.00. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future Transportation purposes.
Interest public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to: Raymond S.
