[Saturday, July 21, 2012]By filing No. F-1783-FP-29-PPO-DS-RATE-9/1/2012, First Priority Life Insurance Company requested approval to increase rates for the BlueCare Direct Select Plan by 9.9%. The proposed change would affect approximately 1,500 members and would produce additional income of about $480,000 annually. The requested effective date of the change is September 1, 2012.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to October 4, 2012, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
