INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Children's Health Insurance Program Advisory Council Meeting [43 Pa.B. 4193]
[Saturday, July 20, 2013]The Insurance Department has scheduled a meeting of the Children's Health Insurance Program Advisory Council (Council) on Tuesday, August 13, 2013, at 10 a.m. at the Department of Education, Heritage Rooms A and B, Lobby Level, 333 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120. The Children's Health Care Act (40 P. S. §§ 991.2301—991.2362) charges the Council with the responsibilities of overseeing outreach activities and evaluating access and quality of service provided to children enrolled in the Children's Health Insurance Program. The public is invited to attend.
