DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES Exemption from Requirements [43 Pa.B. 4175]
[Saturday, July 20, 2013]A study to determine if the Department of Public Welfare's (Department) buildings located at Torrance State Hospital, Torrance, PA should be exempted from the requirements of section 2420 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 650) will be performed within the next 90 days. The result from this study may result in the conversion of the Department's coal-fired heating system to a fuel other than coal.
