PORT OF PITTSBURGH COMMISSION Request for Proposals [32 Pa.B. 3586] The Port of Pittsburgh Commission (Commission) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to conduct financial statement audits of its books, accounts and records for each of the fiscal years ending June 30, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.
