Mountain Laurel Assurance Company; Private Passenger Auto Program Rates [26 Pa.B. 3494] On July 3, 1996, the Insurance Department received from Mountain Laurel Assurance Company a filing for a rate level change for private passenger automobile insurance.
The company requested an overall 2.8% decrease amounting to -$4.3 million annually which was approved effective August 2, 1996.
Copies of the filing will be available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Insurance Department's offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Erie.
