Request for Bids [33 Pa.B. 3586] The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (PRPA) will accept sealed bids for Project #03-127.1, Installation of a Frame Supported Membrane Structure at Tioga Marine Terminal (TMT), until 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, 2003. The bid documents can be obtained from the Director of Procurement, PRPA, 3460 N. Delaware Ave., 2nd Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19134, (215) 426-2600 and will be available July 22, 2003.
