Application for Approval to Acquire Control [33 Pa.B. 3576] American International Group, Inc. has filed an application to acquire control of GE Property & Casualty Insurance Company, GE Casualty Insurance Company, GE Auto & Home Assurance Company and GE Indemnity Insurance Company, all Pennsylvania domiciled stock property or casualty insurance companies. The filing was made under the Insurance Holding Companies Act (40 P. S. §§ 991.1401--991.1413). Persons wishing to comment on the acquisition are invited to submit a written statement to the Insurance Department (Department) within 30 days from the date of this issue of the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
