Penn Treaty Network America Insurance Company; Rate Increase Filing for Long Term Care Home Health Series HHC91, HHC92 and HHC92R; Rate Filing [34 Pa.B. 3813] Penn Treaty Network America is requesting approval to increase the premium 50% for the Long Term Care Home Health Series HHC91, HHC92, HHC92R and the associated riders. The average premium will increase from $590 to $885 and will affect 508 policyholders in this Commonwealth.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to September 23, 2004, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
