Application of Gastroenterologists Ambulatory Surgical Center for Exception [34 Pa.B. 3772] Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) gives notice that Gastroenterologists Ambulatory Surgical Center has requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 571.1 (relating to minimum standards), which requires compliance with minimum standards in the Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospital and Healthcare Facilities. Gastroenterologists Ambulatory Surgical Center has also requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 569.2(a) (relating to fire safety standards) and 28 Pa. Code Chapter 571, Appendix A (relating to alternative construction guidelines).
This request is on file with the Department.
