[Saturday, July 14, 2007]The Secretary of Transportation (Secretary) gives notice that, under the authority in section 206 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 66), the Director of the Bureau of Design has been delegated the authority to certify Design Approval on the Secretary's behalf and to make, and cause to be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written findings required by section 2002(b) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 512(b)).
