(AAR No. 523 995 W and AAR No. 471 916L) An application has been made to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, under the provisions of Public Utility Code, requesting that the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission approve of the alteration of the crossing (AAR No. 523 995 W and AAR No. 471 916L) where State Route 0832 (Peninsula Drive) crosses above the tracks of the Consolidated Rail Corporation and Norfolk Southern Corporation in Millcreek Township, Erie County, and the allocation of costs and expenses incident thereto.
A public hearing on this matter will be held Tuesday, July 29, 1997, at 10 a.m. in the 11th floor Hearing Room, Pittsburgh State Office Building, 300 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, when and where all persons in interests may appear and be heard if they so desire.
