Finding
Luzerne County[27 Pa.B. 3476] Pursuant to the provisions of 71 P. S. Section 2002(b), the Secretary of Transportation makes the following written finding:
The Department of Transportation is proposing a project to construct an interchange (#46) on Interstate 81 with a connector road to Highland Park Boulevard in Wilkes-Barre Township in Luzerne County. Highland Park Boulevard will be widened and extended to Mundy Street. The Department of Transportation has received environmental clearance in the form of a Finding of No Significant Impact from the Division Administrator of the Federal Highway Administration.
No adverse environmental effect is likely to result from the construction of this section of highway.
