DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE Pennsylvania Agricultural Product Promotion Matching Grant Program; Application Period [27 Pa.B. 3428] Notice is hereby given of the commencement of an application period for grants under the Pennsylvania Agricultural Product Promotion Matching Grant Program (Program) administered by the Department of Agriculture (Department). The statement of policy describing the Program is published at 7 Pa. Code, Chapter 105.
In summary, the Program provides matching funds to Commonwealth nonprofit agricultural product promotion and marketing organizations for projects intended to increase consumer awareness of Commonwealth agricultural products and thereby increase sales of these products.
Applications for the Program will be accepted by the Department beginning August 16, 1997, for a 45-day period. Applications will not be accepted if received by the Department after September 29, 1997.
