RN551259, last known of New Bern, NC, had her license to practice professional nursing indefinitely suspended until at least 6 months after she obtains an active, unrestricted license in Florida, and assessed a civil penalty of $1,000 for having been disciplined by the Florida and California boards of nursing and failing to report the Florida and California boards' disciplinary action to the State Board of Nursing (Board).

This order represents the final Board decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
