Special Pharmaceutical Benefits Program Advisory Council Public Meeting [45 Pa.B. 3779]
[Saturday, July 11, 2015]The Statewide Special Pharmaceutical Benefits Program (SPBP) Advisory Council, established by the Department of Health (Department) to aid in the carrying out of its Federal grant responsibilities under section 2616 of the Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resources Emergency Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C.A. § 300ff-26) will hold a public meeting on Thursday, July 23, 2015, by teleconference from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Health and Welfare Building, 625 Forster Street, Room 129, Harrisburg, PA 17120.
The SPBP Advisory Council will provide program guidance and recommendations to the Department's SPBP in regard to the following: drug formulary; covered lab services; drug utilization review; clinical programs; eligibility; and program management.
