   The State System of Higher Education is seeking expressions of interest from qualified individuals or firms to provide on or off-campus student housing at 14 universities of the State System of Higher Education in Pennsylvania. Interested qualified individuals and firms may obtain a copy of the Request for Interest from Rebecca Novak, Construction Support Office, Dixon University Center, 2986 North Second Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110, fax at [phone]. Expressions of interest are due by July 30, 1998, at 4 p.m.
