Application for Consolidation of Two Domestic Mutual Fire Insurance Corporations [28 Pa.B. 3343] Millers Mutual Insurance Company and Paradise Mutual Insurance Company have filed an application for approval of an Agreement and Plan of Consolidation, which will result in the formation of a new mutual fire insurance corporation. The filing was incorrectly identified as an Agreement and Plan of Conversion in the June 13, 1998 Pennsylvania Bulletin. The filing was made under the requirements set forth under the Insurance Holding Company Act, 40 P. S. § 991.1402 et seq. Persons wishing to comment on the acquisition are invited to submit a written statement to the Insurance Department (Department) within 30 days from June 13, 1998. Each written statement must include name, address and telephone number of the interested party, identification of the application to which the statement is addressed, and a concise statement with sufficient detail and relevant facts to inform the Department of the exact basis of the statement.
