STATE REAL ESTATE COMMISSION Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs v. John J. O'Connor; Doc. No. 1287-56-02 [34 Pa.B. 3658] On May 27, 2004, the State Real Estate Commission (Commission) assessed John J. O'Connor a $2,000 civil penalty for practicing real estate without the proper licensing.
