Citizens Advisory Council Meeting Change [34 Pa.B. 3645] The July 20, 2004, meeting of the Citizens Advisory Council (Council) has been rescheduled. The meeting is now scheduled for July 20, 2004, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and July 21, 2004, from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Bel-Aire Hotel and Conference Center, 2800 W. 8th Street, Erie, PA.
